21b - Vertical Parts

Vertical parts:

Each section is composed by a part made with the same heavy cardboard of the doors panels and  the twilled cloth which covers the cardboard. The existing panels and the pieces of twilled cloths were taken as template.
The new twilled cloth has been fixed to the cardboard by glue.

New twilled cloth: in spite ENPI has available the seat cloth of the proper colour, they do not have this colour available for the twilled cloths. It was available only in white colour so that it was necessary to search a cloth manufacturer available to treat and paint a small quantity of cloth with the required colour
.After five months of searches, a kind and available manufacturer was found 250 km far from my house. The 5 meters of white ENPI cloth were painted with a satisfactory result.

Using the original sections as pattern,  the drawing shows the shapes marked on the new  2 mt x 5 mt twilled cloth before the cutting.
