21d - Headlining | |||
1) Roof. The roof is a tissue in light wool. This material was available at Enpi but the colour was not the proper colour. A similar material with the proper colour was found at a tissue shop. Stripes in cotton (double, in order to improve the fastening to the roof) were sewed on the tissue in correspondence to the cross wood bars of the roof.. 1) Metallic parts: the surfaces under the front panel board and under the rear seat, faced to carpet, have been covered by the same headlining cloth. The
cloth is fixed by glue to the steel surface.
